List All Mailboxes and Aliases on Old Exchange 2003 Server
Use this cmdlets to list all users on old server and their old mailstore
Replace “OUNAME” with one of your Organization Units
Replace “SERVERNAME” with your exchange 2003 server
Get-Mailbox -OrganizationalUnit OUNAME -Server SERVERNAME | Format-List Alias, ServerLegacyDN

Move Mailboxes from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007
This script is perfect for moving a large amount of mailboxes from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007. To use this script, simply create a csv file and include “alias” as the first line in the csv file. Then include a list of users in that file. For example:

user2alias
user3alias
